The property requires refurbishment but could qualified for the Vacant/ Derelict Property Refurbishment Grant. Accommodation comprises of kitchen, utility, living room, sitting room, shower room and two bedrooms. The property had a guide price of €90,000 and after 53 bids it sold for €140,000. Seamus Carthy says he now urgently requires all types of property for a substantial list of underbidders, based both at home and abroad who are all seeking a range of property types, detached houses, land, cottages etc.
